Vraal, having little to no knowledge about the force, the Jedi, or anything related, joined the Jedi Heresy thinking there would be many mechanical beings, like Romar said. Even though Romar was Shamed, Vraal watched his work with interest, and thought that the force was simply mechanical tricks. He wasn't prepared for the fact that it was biological. When he learned this, he became much more open to it. He watched the Jedi train each morning, and he kept a journal about his findings.
"Year 3 of the Great Vong War: It's been a while since I have kept any sort of journal, but I'll keep this for scientific purposes. The force, I've discovered, is a biological thing in most every living thing. I have yet to find out if we have this, but I will find out soon, I think. The Hierarchy of the Jedi is as follows: the Jedi masters teach the apprentices their power, and the apprentice eventually get an apprentice once they are promoted. Force powers I've witnessed so far are force enhancements, force prophecies, and force moves. Enhancements make one better at a specific are for a small while. Prophecies show the future. Move does what the name implies. On a sad note, Romar is dead. The death of a great Vong mind is a terrible thing. I only wish I knew what happened to him. I will only put things in here that are important. Until then, Shaper Vraal, signing off.
P.S. Lightsabers are real, and their not biological."

Wow. Just wow. The force is much more powerful than I originally suspected. I knew that it was nice to have in a tight situation, but those spiders didn't want to die. Even the Jedi's scary light sword things didn't do anything. Then, Master Cincro dropped a building on it. With the force. Master Raff learned some force power where he could use the force to enhance himself and decimate enemies, Master Barkskin learned to imbue friends with the force, increasing their abilities, and Yada... is Yada. He doesn't have any force powers, but is devastating in combat. I wonder if I could build one of him using Vong tech...?

I haven't much time to keep this journal up to date. Master Avanu has sent me to find the Jedi and warn them about... For all purposes, I will give the short version. I know who killed Guzzan Romar. My hero. One of the Vong who made me proud to say "I am a Shaper." Rayland apparently choked him to death with the force. He killed the man I most admire. He killed his own kind. Twice. The female they call "Captain Nara", and the male called Flakk Jamison. Death will come on swift wings to one of us. If the gods are with me, they will give me the power to defeat him. But, if not, I will gladly give my life to have a chance to kill him. No matter what Yada says. Rayland betrayed everyone. Betrayal means becoming a Shamed One. These humans don't really have that, so death will do. I think, that for myself to be able to defeat him, I need the Force. My research has led me to believe that the Vong and the Force are impossible to have together. But Romar simed the Force. I just have to find a way to get it. Something about our home planet's daughter...
Thanks to Rayland, I now find joy in the creature I am bonding with. I no longer care for these human's technologies. I can use them, and I will. For as long as I need. After, I know not what to do. If the Jedi, whom I thought to be infallible, are so corruptible, how much more are the rest of the race?

This is test number 1. For those who will read this in the future, I am trying to physically and biologically augment our race, thus giving us the ability to overcome any who stand in our way. I won't be giving this technology to those who would use it to conquer the universe. But, I think that this will be good for defense against the Jedi and other enemies that would seek to destroy us. I can trust no one. This will be an attempt to increase a Vong's speed.
Test number 1: failed. Could not correctly augment specimen 1 correctly. Specimen ripped apart from the strain. Reboot and try again tomorrow.

This test number 2. This test will be to increase the speed of a Vong, and make the specimen faster than the human eye can see.
Test number 2: failed. Could not make Vong fast enough. I will attempt to add speed tomorrow. Specimen winded. Need to give the ability to not get winded by running fast for long periods of time.
